What happens after I complete my purchase?

Sit back, relax as we work towards producing and delivering your purchase order with tracking (available in Order Dispatched email).
How many business days til I get my purchase?
7-10 business days from day of purchase.
Why does it take 7-10 business days?
We can’t afford a place/warehouse to store stock so we only make the artworks to order.
Production (3-4 business days)
1. Print onto canvas
2. Spray protective coat and dry
3. Stretch on canvas onto wooden frame
4. Add floating frame
5. Wrap and package, prep for delivery
And then:
5. Deliver to your address (3-6 business days)
What delivery methods are available?
Free shipping for all orders to Australia wide, tracked delivery via Australia Post.
How do I track my order?
You’ll get a “Eevion Art – Order Dispatched” email with tracking code via Australia Post or go to Order Tracking page.
Do you deliver internationally?
At this stage, no. It has been hard enough to find suppliers to deliver reliably in a timely manner during COVID-19 in Australia. International delivery is on our wish-list. If you know a company that can do it in a reasonable price and time, let me know!
Payment Information
Is your online shopping on your website safe?
Yes, it sure is! Buying online with us via PayPal or Stripe is absolutely safe. We do not hold any payment details at all! They take care of all the security and payment stuff for us, less risk for us both! In addition, our website is SSL certified, and has premium security, bot protection, anti-malware and firewalls installed.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No you don’t. But having an account will save your profile and delivery details so they are pre-filled for you to fasten your future purchase process.
Replacements & Cancellations
I’ve changed my mind, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we don’t take change of mind as a reason for refund. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
What if my purchase order is faulty or broken upon arrival?
In the rare event our artworks are broken, damaged or faulty, simply do the following:
- Record a short video of where/how the artwork is broken, damaged or faulty artwork.
- Send the video to support@eevion.art.
- If too big to email, please use WeTransfer.com
If legitimate, we’ll send you a replacement asap!
What if the wrong purchase order is delivered?
In the rare event the wrong order is delivered:
- Take a photo of the your order, delivery sheet and your received artwork.
- Send the photo to support@eevion.art.
- If too big to email, please use WeTransfer.com
If legitimate, we’ll send you a replacement asap!
Can I cancel or change my purchase order?
Within the same day the order is placed, contact us on support@eevion.art ASAP. We can try if the order is not fully processed. If processed, we can’t cancel or change your purchase orders. In order to deliver our purchase orders asap, we have automated all our processes with production and delivery partners. Once your order is processed, we pay and book all printing, framing, packaging, and shipping in. Once it starts, it won’t stop until your purchase is delivered to your chosen address!
